The appearance of your equipment and crew was very professional. It appears that your men take pride in the company they work for, and their own work. Andre Mucillo, the foreman, was motivated and kept your crews busy, and at least to this observer, productive. I never noticed a Bravante employee just standing around, wondering what to do next. Their work areas were kept clean and neat at the end of the work day.
